Melting Channel Prefabricated Lining-Bane of Channel Blocking

Gongyi Jinniu Refractory Material Factory currently developed the Melting Channel Prefabricated Lining which is a major improvement of the induction furnace lining. It is coated with a layer of high strength neutral material in the channel outer peripheral of the induction furnace, then use the acidic silica material to make the furnace. It combine the advantages of both the acidic and neutral. The whole set of sensor is siliceous materials, with the outer peripheral prefabricated lining in the middle channel, but it has the effect of the top grade neutral lining.

The Prefabricated Lining can not only solve the problems of channel blocking caused by waste red copper, but also solve the other problems in the processing of copper alloy. For example, the peeling off of the high nickel cupronickel, brass leakage of the zinc and adhesion of bronze. Mainly because of the high purity of the refractory materials. Selecting of the de-slagging materials, the density can be reach to 3.2g/cm³, and the silica sand only has the density of 2.2g/cm³. The porosity is small and anti-permeability; Adapting the top grade resin to combine, which has a good sinter effect; As well as erosion resistance peeling. Using the prefabricated lining is easy to blow in, which lay the foundation to the blowing out and reopen without raw materials.
