The Selection of Refractory molded Brick
According to the production of raw refractory cement materials, and the furnace type is different, choose different refractory molded brick. The refractory molded brick is generally divided into light and heavy insulating brick, brick. Two kinds of brick is used, the effects are not the same. Light heat insulation brick, literally, the main insulation function, mainly in heavy brick stove, direct contact with liquid copper. So there must be based on the selection of refractory molded brick.Coal water slurry gasification furnace with oxygen at about 1200 DEG C in combustion and melting into spherical droplets (slag), slag adhesion in refractory molded brick gasification furnace heating surface on the growth and accumulation of the formation of slag layer (initial slag layer). With the increase of the initial thickness of slag, slag layer surface temperature, slag layer has been formed to flow down, replaced by the new slag, the slag layer in the gasification furnace to achieve dynamic balance, played by slag slag protection effect of refractory molded brick and prolong its life.
However, due to the slag with high flow along the gasifier wall flow, the outermost layer of refractory molded brick has been slag erosion; slag and refractory molded brick will some elements in the reaction, especially CaO and MgO acid slag residues along the refractory molded brick when forging forming pores or cracks gradually penetrate to react weakly with CR2O3 at high temperature, which dissolved in the slag; the main components of H2 and CO of raw gas will jade refractory SiO2 reaction, increase the abrasion of refractory molded brick porosity or cracks; and the gasification furnace temperature and pressure of the open parking suddenly lifting, even with large refractory severe spalling slag directly! The erosion and abrasion seriously affect the life span of the firebrick, therefore, to adapt to the requirements of refractory molded brick gasifier operation must have anti slag corrosion resistance, high mechanical strength and good high temperature good stability performance.
