Improvement of ramming mass material/refractory cement
Ramming mass/refractory cement improvement practice of proof using magnesia ramming material/refractory cement sintering or magnesium iron sintering furnace bottom (for direct contact with the melt)With high mechanical strength, good compactness, high toughness and good corrosion resistance, prolong the life of bottom.Its approach is to magnesia (mgo>83%, size <5mm), iron (fe3o473%, fe2o38.7%, feo17%) and brine (mgcl2>45%) tamping proportion after mixing, ignition is heated to 1500℃,38h temperature is formed after sintering furnace bottom complete.In the ramming material selection and the principle of similar magnesia alumina brick/refractory cement , decided the original design of water glass silica ramming material to add brine magnesia, and the closed blast furnace, before bed and continuous converting furnace and the furnace building construction.This brine magnesia and magnesia ramming mass /refractory cement weight ratio was as follows: 2 ~ 67% 6mm magnesia powder 33%, iron oxide red, moderate, with brine (d = 1.26) were mixed evenly after artificial tamping, and wood drying 24h.Ramming mass requirements: magnesia, MgO = 80%, the size of 2 ~ 4mm and 4 ~ 50% 6mm is prepared; magnesium powder, grade mf-82, particle size less than or equal to 0.088mm; with the deployment of MgCl2 is more than 45% brine halogen powder is formed; iron oxide red, standard H103, grade one.In the construction of the magnesia ramming material/refractory cement has the consolidation effect is good, without baking, natural curing also can quickly form a whole and very compact, fast increase of strength; construction method is simple, fast and convenient operation.
