Casting method construction
The level and quality of the refractory pouring construction method of different methods and stirring time are also different. General requirements

(9) the refractory shall be delivered to the installation site immediately after the mixer is released. The construction interval of mixing, adding water, conveying and refractory shall be in accordance with the manufacturer's requirements.
(10) measures should be taken to prevent material separation during the mixing process.
The addition of steel fiber refractory material according to the requirement of adding steel fiber, steel fiber and refractory material should be dried together or later joined the mixing equipment, should be added before adding mixed water. When adding steel fiber should ensure free dispersion into the mixture.After adding steel fibre, before adding water, mixing equipment should be run for 1-2 minutes. The amount of water added shall be accurately measured in the volume or weight specified in the approved installation procedure. The water used in the mixing construction shall be fresh and clean, and the water shall be controlled at 5℃-40℃.Chlorine ion content in water does not exceed 50ppm.ph value between 6.5 and 7.5. The amount of water should refer to the construction instructions in the amount of water to add, accurate measurement, in the construction conditions, should be less water, in order to achieve better performance.Mixing process is very important, because of its decisive influence on the lining quality, use the correct mixing equipment, mixing time watching right and using the right amount of mixing liquid is very important.Refractory castable should be forced mixer stirring, mixer speed of not less than 18 / min is better, do not allow the use of artificial stirring recommended using the following chart forced mixer.Effect of mixing and mixing equipment control to achieve uniform distribution of refractory materials, with no water under stirring for 30-60 seconds, then add 80% water.
