1, bottom ramming method/refractory cement and operation process
1.1 sintering of rammed materials
The first metal furnace is important for sintering ramming material/refractory cement , oven must do work.

(4) late melting temperature of molten steel is larger than 1650c, maintained above 15min, composition, temperature after passing 1.2 hot patching tapping.
1.2 thermal repair
(1) reduce the loading quantity gradually, the last batch of steel will be completely out of the steel net, tapping immediately after oxygen blowing is repaired surface, which is the key factor influencing patching.
(2) expect to be hanging into the ramming/refractory cement repair surface down, mobile crane, the distribution is reasonable. Hanging into the heavy compaction.
(3) magnesia ramming materials/refractory cement used in hot state with convenient operation and repair technology of slope protection brick furnace slag line by spraying. MgO-C hot repair after baking more than 20min.
1.3 cold repair
(1) first remove patch on the surface of steel slag, residual, seeps into cracks in steel and impurities, such as refractory material in the water must be completely removed, until the appearance of refractory bricks.
(2) the replacement of slag line after the bottom pad, the ramming material/refractory cement into the furnace, will need to be knotted materials according to the distribution of repairing surface, forming material layer until the height of about 150mm with surface repair.
(3) the material is distributed evenly, using special air vibration fork from the molten pool center to the furnace slope poke the material layer of each part.
(4) repeat the operation two times until the ramming material/refractory cement is dense. Repeat the above steps until the appropriate shape of the molten pool is formed.
2, erosion mechanism
Ramming material/refractory cement containing more free CaO, is a high activity group and slag reaction. There are a lot of Fe2O3, produced in the process of smelting slag in Cao, Al2O3, TiO2, SiO2, easy to dissolve three calcium and silicate matrix to form low,In the sintering layer surface and contact metamorphic slag, is the main component of MgO, Cao and iron oxide by ramming material/refractory cement for heat, iron oxide content decreased gradually, fire resistance also increased with the increase of the ratio of iron oxide / Magnesium Oxide, showing a certain thickness of the working surface of the .This resulted in a MgO large grain skeleton, C3S and iron rich cao-al2o3-fe2o3 TiO2-SiO2 glass phase with sintered ceramic phase structure, its high strength, anti erosion performance is good, and has a certain thickness (160 210mm),With the extension of the campaign, the outer layer gradually eroded, sintering the displacement, the formation of good sintering. Overall ramming material/refractory cement quick sintering, good corrosion resistance, resistance to water is a kind of high quality material of iron slag erosion.
