The difference between castable refractory and ramming mass/refractory cement
Castable refractory is a kind of refractory material made of granular and powder material, and add a certain amount of binder and moisture together.It has high fluidity, suitable to use castable method construction, no heating can harden unshaped refractory material.The aggregate, powder, binder, additive composition, water or other liquid materials. Castable refractory mainly by porosity, binder, aggregate varieties classification:
1, according to the porosity distribution by dense refractory castable and porosity of not less than 45% of the insulation refractory material of two kinds;
2, according to the binding agent has a combination of water, chemical bonding, cohesion and refractory castable:
