	Types of refractory concrete
	
	A wide variety of refractory concrete, usually according to the degree of fire resistance is divided into ordinary refractory concrete(1580~1770℃)、high-duty refractory concrete(1770~2000℃) and Super refractory concrete(more than2000℃);According to the chemical characteristics are divided into acid refractories, neutral refractories and basic refractories.In addition, there are special occasions for refractories.According to the different material composition of refractory concrete can be divided into: dry clay refractory concrete, high alumina refractory clay, siliceous refractory clay,magnesia refractory concrete.
	
	Refractory concrete in accordance with the different binders, can be divided into the following three categories:
	1.Refractory concrete is made of refractory fine aggregate and ceramic bond (plastic concrete).Delivery status is dry,need to add water after use, at high temperature through the combination of ceramic and hardening.
	2.Refractory concrete is a mixture consisting of refractory aggregate and water binder (cement), which is the main combination.Delivery status is dry, need to add water after use, at high temperature through the combination of ceramic and hardening.
	3.The chemical combination refractory concrete is composed of refractory aggregate and chemical bond (inorganic,organic, inorganic and organic).The delivery status can be either slurry or dry, hardening at a lower temperature than the ceramic bonding.
	
	According to the hardening temperature, this refractory concrete can be divided into two kinds of gas and hard:The air -hardening refractory is often made of water glass and other air - hardening binders.Hot hardness of refractory clay used phosphoric acid or phosphate binder. The preparation of thermosetting thermosetting refractory mud after hardening, except with high strength at various temperatures, also has a small shrinkage, tight joints, strong corrosion resistance and other characteristics.
	Fire clay is divided into two kinds of finished products and semi-finished products.Refractory concrete is in the mud. The so-called refractory manufacturers will have raw materials, clinker in proportion, the scene is only according to the standard of water mixing evenly;Semi-finished or finished non fire clay is not raw material and clinker blending together, the scene when, according to the composition of different slurry mixing and water mixing evenly according to the regulations.
