manual testing
Pinch a pouring ball by hand, throw 300mm into the air, then grab.If the casting ball has the same shape (slightly flattened) and prints a fingerprint, the water is suitable.If the ball from the finger in leakage of concrete is too thin, can not use too much water.If the ball is cracked, the pouring material is too dry. Water must be carefully added.
Note before and after pouring
The setting time of this castable is very short.The maximum interval between the mixing finish and the vibration finish is 30 minutes.Vibration time shall not exceed 5 minutes.After casting, the surface must not be exposed to smooth, and must use polyester plastic cloth to protect them.Condensation produces a lot of heat. The outer and outer surfaces of the baffles must be cooled and watered continuously.Step by step vibration (a few minutes up to 5 minutes, in order to prevent segregation).Placed on the upper surface of polyester fiber sheet (expansion joints).
