Refractory Castable

Construction requirements:1.Molding: made from steel or hard wood, steel plate coating release agent, waterproof board to brush paint should not leak slurry, want to have enough strength.
2.Mixing:with forced mixer, first pour the pouring material into the machine, and take out the additive pouch combine together, first dry mixing 2 to 3 minutes, add water wet mix 3 to 5 minutes, add water should be few unfavorable, add water amount 7.0-7.5%.
3.Vibrate:pouring the castable into the mold should be vibrated with a vibrating bar at once,shall not be leakage of vibration and vibration in the same place for a long time and revive,avoid castable produced segregation and holes. Stir the castable must from adding water to finish in 20-30 minutes, the primary condensate shall be discarded. The expansion joint shall be retained according to the design.
4.Maintenance: after being castable surface drying, and reach 70% strength can open mold,striking time≥24 h,maintenance time≥24 h.
5.Drying: according to different grades and castable lining thickness and the status of the site conditions,the user must provide enough baking time, to ensure that the moisture exclude and don’t happen burst phenomenon. Total baking time requirements ≥72 h.
