Instructions for the Use of Refractory Plastics

1.Refractory plastic can be composed of three parts: bulk material, coagulant and liquid binder. When stirring, first pour bulk material into the mixer, add 7% of liquid binder, stirring for 10 minutes or more. When the material is needed for construction, then the coagulant is added, and then stirring for 2 minutes, according to the construction performance requirements, slowly add about 2% of the liquid binder, until the plastic meets the construction requirements, the construction can begin.

2.The proportion of the coagulant is: 2 bags of plastic to join a bag of coagulant. Depending on the temperature of the environment, the addition of coagulant can be appropriately reduced to 2-3 bags of plastic bag to join a bag of coagulant.

3.On the premise of ensuring the plasticity of materials, liquid binders should be used as little as possible, to prevent deterioration of high temperature properties of materials.

4.Sticky dirt and  prevent time after stirring more than 40 minutes  should be discarded materials.
