Factors Influencing the Mixing Degree of Refractory Material
1.Powder particles shape
Powder particles different shape, mixing time and effect are not the same, such as the approximate spherical particles’ internal friction is small, in the mixing process of the relative movement speed is large , it is easy to mix evenly; however, the internal friction of the angular granular material is large, and it is difficult to mix evenly. Compared with the former, the mixing time is relatively longer.
2.Structural characteristics of hybrid equipment
Use the wet mill mixing mud, uniform and compact, good plasticity, and biaxial mixer mixed mud quality is worse.
3.Mixing time
In general, the mixing time is longer and the mixture is even more uniform. Mixing early, uniformity increased rapidly, when the kneading to a certain time, and then extend the time on the uniformity of the impact is not obvious. Generally more than the addition of species or poor dispersion of the mud, mixing time to be longer. For example, clay brick with a wet mill kneading, the time is 4-10min; silicon brick 15min or so; magnesium brick material will take 20- 25min.

1) The particle size is changed by being broken;
2) Mud material heat and affect the moisture content, or because the mud is too hot, so that the formation of cracks will occur in the increase in pressure when the elasticity.
4. Charging sequence
