Classification of Silicon Aluminum Refractory Brick
Silicon aluminum refractory brick, it is reported that it is based on AL2O3-SiO2 binary system phase diagram as the basic theory, including the following.
1.Silica brick refers to the refractory brick containing SiO293% or more, which is the main species of acid refractory bricks. It is mainly used for masonry coke oven, but also for the vaults and other load-bearing parts of various glass, ceramic, carbon calciner, refractory bricks furnace, also used in high temperature load-bearing parts of hot blast stove, but should not be below 600 ℃ and used in temperature fluctuations of thermal equipment.
2.Clay brick, clay brick is mainly composed of mullite (25% ~ 50%), the glass phase (25% ~ 60%) and cristobalite and quartz (up to 30%). Usually hard clay as raw material, pre-calcined clinker, and then with soft clay, semi-dry or plastic molding method, the temperature at 1300 ~ 1400 C fired clay brick products.
3.High alumina refractory bricks, high alumina refractory bricks mineral composition of corundum, mullite and glass phase, the content depends on the AL2O3 / SiO2 ratio and the type and amount of impurities, according to the level of Al2O3 refractory bricks classified. .
